Hi, I'm Carrie-Lee!

I've been married to my incredible husband for 22 years and together we raised three wildly different humans, none of whom came with a manual!

My oldest is living his mountain Maine dream. This past year the whole family came together for his yurt-raising, which was one of the coolest days of my life. My middle kid is heading into their senior year at Keene State fully immersed in the world of theatre tech, making sure the show always goes on. And my youngest spent her freshman year at Berklee's campus in Spain and is now heading into her sophomore year in Boston. She’s a vocalist doing exactly what she was born to do and I’m sure I’m her biggest fan.

So, my philosophy is that you are the expert on your baby. My job is to support, educate when asked, and help you trust yourself. To tell you what's normal, what's not, when it might be time to call your pediatrician, and when to just take a breath because you're doing better than you think.

I'm laid back, calm under pressure, and I genuinely love this work. In all my years of experience, I've been in real emergencies and I don't panic. I've been up at 3am with a screaming newborn and I don't spiral. I show up, I help, and I make sure you feel more confident when I leave than when I arrived.

I’m a recently retired blocker for Cape Cod Roller Derby. I love archery but don’t get to it as often as I like. I have a pretty prolific container garden. I enjoy cooking, canning and preserving foods. And recently I’ve been getting increasingly into birding which I’m figuring out is apparently a rite of passage as we age? Bring on the granny hobbies I guess!
