We met Carrie-Lee through our friends and fellow twin parents, so we knew she could handle it when we asked her to do some overnights with our 10 week old preemie twins. Getting our first real night of sleep since having the babies was such a luxury that was only possible by having someone we could trust like Carrie-Lee! She handled the around the clock feedings, constant wake ups and figuring out what our babies needed with ease. She also took care of household tasks such as cleaning bottles and breast pump parts that made the next day so much easier for us. Having her help allowed us to get that much needed rest all new parents need. I wish we could have her with us every night!

Newborn Care

My husband, our 3 month old, and my father came to Cape Cod to attend an event. It was our first time on the Cape and we wanted to take full advantage of our time there. Originally we hired Carrie-Lee to watch our son for the event, but then we ended up hiring her for every evening we were there so we could have relaxing adult dinners and evenings. 

Carrie-Lee was amazing! Everything from the initial request and interaction (to make me comfortable as a new mom), to meeting for the first time, and caring for our little guy was amazing! She was also very communicative and sent cute pictures. Carrie-Lee is very knowledgeable and great at infant care. If we make it back to the Cape I would definitely plan on using Carrie-Lee again!

Sleep Support

We began working with Carrie-Lee two weeks ago in the depths of sleep deprivation. We were feeling super defeated after months and months of “false starts” at bedtime. Our entire family was struggling! We needed something to change but anything we tried didn’t work. This is when we decided to work with Nanny Lee. She was very understanding of our unique sleeping situation (sharing a room with our infant) and our overall anxieties about sleep training. She walked us through all the options and reassured us she would support us through whatever we chose. We appreciated how responsive she was throughout this whole process and her responses were always very detailed and thought out. I am happy to report that after two weeks we have solved our daughter’s horrible false starts and improved our nighttime and daytime sleep greatly! We all feel so refreshed and can’t thank Carrie-Lee enough for her support over the last two weeks!

Carrie-Lee is a wonderful person. She was a full time nanny for my two children, one of whom has complex needs. Always timely and professional, she was reliable in addition to being joyful. She has great instincts and extensive knowledge of child development from her years as a caregiver. She guided my kiddos with kindness and age-appropriate activities, teaching them confidence and curiosity. She has amazing insight into what each child needs and how to support me!

I took the NannyLee webinar and it has helped with my two month old’s sleep SO much! The webinar is clear, organized and realistic for changes to implement for your little one! Virtual Class

I took NannyLee’s Virtual Class and I found it to be informative and well organized. It answers a bunch of those burning questions and settles some of many “new parent" worries that I or someone else might have. I would definitely recommend this webinar to any families, particularly families expecting little ones for the first time. I took this webinar after I had my daughter (now 13 weeks). Some of the information I had learned along the way, but there was no explanation as to “why “. With her explanation, it further solidified my understanding and the importance of creating solid foundations. It’s nice to have someone who has been through at all herself. She has the experience as a mom, caregiver, and sleep consultant!
